A flight attendant named the thing you should take on a flight in case you get hungry
Airplane food is often a sore point for passengers looking for a way to spend less money and still get a warm and tasty meal. For these frugal and forward-thinking travelers, there is a way to make sure you stay full and please your palate.
A Virgin Atlantic employee told Velloy that he always recommends passengers buy a quick meal before a flight. The security service will not forbid you to bring dry food into the cabin, and flight attendants will be happy to help with cooking.
"I always recommend taking a sealed instant meal into your carry-on bag, such as a pot noodle or pasta with sauce," said a Virgin Atlantic employee.
During the flight, passengers can ask for boiling water to prepare a tasty and satisfying meal at any time, which will cost much less than the food ordered on the plane.
"If you bring a takeaway with you, you can have a warm meal that you will enjoy during the flight and that will meet your dietary needs. Even if you're neither, you always have a backup snack option in case your meal doesn't fill you up," said the flight attendant.
Dry noodles don't take up much space and weigh little, so they can be easily packed in your carry-on luggage.
